Victoria (Tori) Messner
President
Owner of local creative agency, Reservoir Studio, and market and cafe, Morning Sunshine. Victoria has been a Wawarsing resident since 2018, sits on the Ulster County Planning Board, as well as the Ellenville Zoning Board. As President, she enjoys connecting people, projects and municipality and above all helping to create sustainable improvements to the quality of life for all Ellenville residents.
Johnny Frost
Vice President
Business Development expert and co-owner of Frost Enterprises – a property management and renovation business with a passion for creating workforce housing – Johnny became a Wawarsing resident in 2021. As Vice President, he looks forward to executing solutions that improve the lives of Ellenville and Wawarsing communities.
Denise Frayman
Treasurer
A seven-year resident of Ellenville. Commercial insurance broker by day. She and her husband, Sandy, have invested in real estate locally and believe strongly in the power of working together for sensible change and initiatives that benefit all members of the community.
Scott Frost
Secretary & Fundraising Committee, Chair
Creative entrepreneur, co-owner of Frost Enterprises LLC, and stylist for Reservoir Studios in Ellenville. Scott was a 2022 market manager of Market on Market and looks forward to finding new ways to connect the community in 2025 and raise funds for a growing number of local COFFE initiatives!
Paul Villinski
Ellenville Arts Collective, Co-Chair
Established artist and six-year Ellenville resident, Paul is restoring 9 Market St. as an art studio with his partner, artist Amy Park, through which they hope to help highlight the Village as a destination for the arts.

Longstanding business owner of Top Shelf, co-founder of Ellenville StrEATS, and unofficial Canal St. ambassador.
Elena Santogade
Chairman of Vibrant Spaces Committee
An Ellenville resident and a member of the Ellenville/Wawarsing Parks & Recs Committee, Elena has spearheaded all our community clean ups and is currently working on the creation of a dog park here in Ellenville.

Longstanding resident, business owner and attorney in Ellenville. Former Chairperson of the Ulster County Economic Development Alliance and the Ellenville Million Fund.
Poppy Cannon
Ellenville Arts Collective, Co-Chair
A textile artist and property owner in the Town of Wawarsing. She worked for NBC Universal for 10 years before moving to the Hudson Valley and as a freelance costume designer/stylist before that. Her focus is on community connection and improvement with a vision toward economic development.
